The Mexican government launchs a public tender for concessions of variuos highways in Mexico within the Pacifico Project.
This project includes the construction, operations, exploitaition and maintenance of different parts of Mexican Pacific for 30 years.
Dateline to get the basis of the contest is April 18, 2008.
